We have been reflecting on what we would want out of a group and that is exactly what we're giving you- a space to connect, learn, and be held.

We’re gathering IN PERSON every SECOND Thursday of the month from 6:30-8:30 PM in Boulder, Colorado for connection, nervous system education, and intentional movement.

What to bring: Journal, mat, blanket/whatever you want to be comfy, comfy clothes- we'll be doing some light movement to get you into your body.
