I’m a licensed somatic therapist, nervous system coach, and the creator of the Mind Body Healing Method.
I work with people with chronic illness and symptoms who have tried everything and are still stuck, helping you understand what’s actually happening in your body and why nothing has fully worked.
This isn’t just about calming the nervous system or managing symptoms. It’s about going underneath the patterns that are keeping your system in survival, the pressure, the performing, the version of you that learned how to hold it all together.
I’ve been there myself. Years of doing everything right and still not getting better. What finally shifted wasn’t another protocol. It was understanding what my body had been trying to say the whole time.
